FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - The family of a Fort Worth woman killed by an accused drunk-driver is now wondering how they'll get through the holidays without their matriarch.
Over the weekend, Sharon Haley died when the car she was riding in was smashed by a DWI suspect speeding away from another accident moments before.
Her daughter tells NBC-5 Haley was a mother of four, a grandmother to 12 and a great-grandmother to seven.
A Fort Worth man is charged with intoxicated manslaughter.
Police say Juan Fernando Gonzalez had just caused one drunk-driving crash and was speeding to get away from that when he crashed into a Lyft car carrying Haley.
