DALLAS (KRLD) - A former high school teacher is back in Texas after being accused of having an improper relationship with a student.
Police say, David Guerrero, who now lives in Colorado, was an English teacher and assistant coach for the girls' soccer team at San Marcos High School back in 2008 when the alleged relationship occurred.
Investigators say the victim reported the crime in 2018. Guerrero is now charged with sexual assault of a child and having an improper relationship between an educator and a student.
