FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - A dream vacation has a tragic ending for a Fort Worth couple.
David and Michelle Paul were on vacation in Fiji when they suddenly died over the weekend.
According to his Facebook page, David Paul was an eight-year Air Force veteran who had worked for Lockheed Martin.
"When we heard of David Paul's death, that was something that certainly shook a lot of folks here," says Lockheed Martin spokesman Ken Ross. "We take great pride in everyone who works here and (it's) always troubling to see any kind of tragedy with anyone."
Grief counselors have been made available for anyone who needs them.
"Certainly if there is a co-worker who passes away under any circumstances and there are repercussions in the team, we make those services immediately available," says Ross.
Police say they are working with the U.S. Embassy in Fiji in investigating the tragedy.
