FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - A Fort Worth woman has died in surgery after being shot at a Tarrant County retail and office complex last night.
The gunfire was reported about 6 p.m. at the center on Golden Heights Road near I-35 and Golden Triangle Boulevard.
Atiyeh Chatmon was found badly wounded and was rushed to JPS Hospital where she was immediately taken into surgery - but she died on the operating table about two hours later.
The shooting was in an unincorporated part of Tarrant County so the Sheriff's Office is conducting the investigation.
No arrests have been made.
