DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - North Texans will finally be able to return to the gyms today, but they are going to look a lot different due to coronavirus precautions.
As many members go back to their local gym today, they will be required to wear gloves and occupancy will be strictly monitored.
Ryne Nease owns Black Sheep Performance Center in Dallas, and says because social distancing in a facility is so important he will cap his membership.
He says he doesn't want any of his members to feel cramped.
Along with constant cleaning, Nease feels fewer users, will create a stronger community where members know each other and are more considerate of their fellow gym goer.
At every gym, all locker rooms and showers will remain closed.
