FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - An inmate at Federal Medical Center Carswell who died from Coronavirus yesterday has been identified as the one whose baby was delivered by Caesarean section four weeks ago.
Andrea Circle Bear's baby was born three days after she was determined to be positive for Coronavirus.
She had been transferred to Fort Worth from South Dakota where she was convicted on federal drug charges.
