FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - A Tarrant County grand jury has indicted former Rangers star Josh Hamilton on one count of injury to a child.
Hamilton allegedly assaulted his 14-year-old daughter last September 30th.
He turned himself in one month later and pleaded not guilty.
Hamilton is currently free on bond.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all court proceedings are on hold until at least May 11th.
