FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - For the second time in less than a month, JPS Health Network in Tarrant County has declared a Code Yellow.This, as a record number of patients flooded the JPS Hospital Emergency Department.The health network says it's on pace to see 10,750 patients in the month of May -- that would be the most ever in a month.During the Code Yellow, team members from other departments may be called to help out in the emergency department and work extra shifts to ensure that patients are properly cared for.
