Harris County Judge DaSean Jones in the 180th criminal district court found there was no probable cause in a case involving Mariah Davis-Webster. She was charged with injury to an elderly person.
Originally, The Harris County Constable Precinct 4 office posted on Facebook that deputies received a call about a disturbance.
The post also indicated that when deputies arrived they say Davis-Webster claimed the victim's wife struck her vehicle when opening the car door and that the victim threatened her.
But, deputies say there was no evidence the man's car door hit her vehicle.
Judge Jones dismissed the case.
