FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - Cook Children's Hospital has been ordered to keep a baby on life support while her mother looks for another hospital to care for her.

Nine-month-old Tinslee was born with a heart defect and has been on life support despite several complicated operations.

She was due to be removed from the machinery on November 10th. But a judge extended that another eleven days -- and now the temporary restraining order has been extended once again. This time until December 10th.

Tinslee's mom is desperately searching for another hospital or rehab facility who will care for the infant.

A statement from Cook Children's says the doctors believe Tinslee is in pain and that they have reached out to at least 20 hospitals from Boston to Los Angeles and cannot find one that believes the baby's condition is reversible.
