DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - A judge will hear Dallas County's request to re-open the ballot counting from last week's primary today.
Dallas County Elections Administrator Toni Pippins-Poole has asked for re-count because the votes from about ten percent of the county's vote tabulating machines are missing.
Doing a re-count this late is highly irregular. In fact, it will take a judge's permission to do it at all.
There's a court hearing in Dallas this morning to argue the county's case.
