KELLER (1080 KRLD) - A contractor working on the roof of the Home Depot store on Highway 377 in Keller this morning suffered an electric shock.
The Keller Fire Department's technical rescue team was able to rescue the man from the roof. He was taken by CareFlite helicopter to the burn unit at Parkland Hospital in Dallas for treatment.
The Keller Fire Department is part of a regional team of 14 departments that share the costs for specialized teams dealing with technical rescues, hazardous materials, explosives and swift-water rescues.
