More than five dozen residents of a Lake Worth nursing home are being evacuated at the request of the Texas Department of State Health Services, according to MedStar Ambulance, according to NBC 5.
The Lake Worth Nursing Home is in the 4200 block of Wells Drive and is home to about 63 people.
