Lewisville Police hope someone will recognize the suspect in the robbery and murder of a gas station clerk. Ashraf Lakhani was shot and killed early Friday at the Valero on Corporate Drive near Stemmons Freeway.
Two men were seen fleeing the store. Police have been reviewing surveillance video of the incident. They have produced a composite sketch of one of the suspects. He's described as a young black adult with light skin. He has straight teeth and an athletic build and may have dreadlocks. His face is thin, but appears fuller around the mouth.
Detectives are asking anyone who was in the area of East Corporate Drive, from southbound I-35 to 121 business, between the hours of 11:45 p.m. on February 14 and 12:30 a.m. February 15, to give them a call if you witnessed anything that may assist in the resolution of this case. Oak Farms Dairy is offering $10,000 for information that leads to the arrest and indictments of the suspects.
