DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Last week he was released from jail on bond, today the man accused in the death of former Dallas City Councilwoman Carolyn Davis is back behind bars.

A judge found that 36-year old Jonathan Moore had failed to use his ankle monitor the right way and was late in getting two tests to detect alcohol, so bond was hiked and Moore was tossed back in jail.

Moore is facing two counts of murder for the July deaths of Carolyn Davis and her daughter, killed in a head-on drunk driving accident.

Police say it was Moore's third drunk driving case.

Last week family friend, Reverend Jerry Christian, was incensed that Moore was allowed to bond out.
