Man Arrested Following Firearm Threat At Tyler Walmart

DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - A man is locked up following a firearm threat at a Tyler Walmart yesterday.

Police say Trumaine Washington began yelling that he was going to open fire and kill people. 

Investigators believe Washington got into a quarrel with an employee and pulled a pistol from his backpack as he made his threats.

No shots were fired.

Washington is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
