A man is now locked up in Dallas, accused in the road-rage killing of a man in North Oak Cliff last month.
Joe Dominguez was shot and killed on July 26th.
For the past three weeks Dallas police have been tracking down leads and yesterday they arrested a man named Vincent Harris who tried to deny he was anywhere near the scene.
But detectives used cell phone records to prove that was wrong.
