HALTOM CITY (1080 KRLD) - Haltom City police have arrested a man for arson, and say they have linked him to several other fires in at least four other cities in north Texas.
On Christmas night, the Haltom City fire department was called out to the Northern Cross Apartments, and put the fire out quickly.
The fire was suspicious, and arson investigators pointed to a person of interest who worked for the complex.
This week police interviewed 22-year-old Santos Bueno who confessed to setting that fire, and one in Fort Worth.
He's now chaged with arson of a habitation, a first degree felony.
Police also say Santos may be responsible for several fires out of state.
