The alleged attack happened inside a Lowe's Home Improvement store Wednesday afternoon.
The Bexar County Sheriff's office says 47 year old Terry Toller turned himself in this morning.
Investigators say a cashier told Toller that wearing a mask during this COVID-19 pandemic was required. Deputies say Toller got upset.
They say Judge Wolff tried to show the man the local emergency order.
Deputies say Toller jerked the piece of paper out of the judge's hand.
Toller was arrested on a warrant for Assault-Peace Officer/Judge. It's a second degree felony.
Judge Wolff issued the mask wearing requirement last week.
