FORNEY (1080 KRLD) - A man wanted for capital murder in Dallas is now in the hospital after being arrested in Forney.
Dallas County deputies had the arrest warrant for Brandon Munez and asked for help from Kaufman County and Forney police.
As reported by inforney.com they got a tip Munez was in a car parked at a Wal-Mart and that's where they found him.
They quickly saw he had an un-treated gunshot wound apparently received in the murder last week.
With a police escort, he was flown to a Dallas hospital.
When they're done with him he'll be transferred to Lew Sterrett.
