FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - The man who allegedly kidnapped an eight-year-old Fort Worth girl last month intends to plead guilty in federal court tomorrow morning.

Court documents show that Michael Webb, 51, will plead guilty to one count of kidnapping.

Among other things, Webb faces between 20 years to life in federal prison and a $250,000 fine.

If he ever gets out of prison, he will be on supervised release from five years to life, and he will have to register as a sex offender.

Police say Webb abducted the girl at random last month as she was walking with her mother in the Ryan Place neighborhood, took her to a motel in Forest Hill and sexually assaulted her.

Hours later, police rescued the girl and arrested Webb.

Webb still faces seven state charges -- one count of aggravated kidnapping and six counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
