Mansfield ISD Joins Tarrant Order On Remote-Only Learning Until Sep 28

MANSFIELD (1080 KRLD)- Mansfield ISD has announced their school re-opening plan to echo Tarrant County's Health Order to remain remote-only until September 28.

According to a press release, students will begin school on August 12 in a virtual-only setting.

  • Families who registered for in-person learning will begin attending in-person classes at their campus on Monday, Sept. 28.
  • Families who registered for online learning through the MISD Virtual Learning Academy will continue receiving instruction online.

In addition, extracurriculars will have to take place remotely or outdoors with appropriate face coverings and social distancing. 

Any student that needs special accomodation and cannot do remote learning will be provided in-person instruction with social distancing and face coverings as feasible.
