DALLAS (KRLD) - University Park Police want to know if there may be other alleged victims of a massage therapist accused of sexual assault.

Authorities said Stephen Boyd, 58, of Dallas, was arrested June 6. A female client told police Boyd touched her inappropriately during a massage, leading to a sexual assault charge.

Boyd, who is an unlicensed massage therapist, worked as an independent contractor out of Snider Plaza in the 3400 block of Westminster in University Park.

Police are checking to see if other clients have similar allegations against Boyd.  University Park Police Capt. Jim Savage said, "he mainly did all his business on referrals, so we're having a little difficulty tracking down any other victims. So, the release today is not only to inform everyone, but also to see if there's any people who will come forward and relate a similar instance that may have occurred."

Boyd is free on $10,000 bond.

Anyone with information in the case is asked to contact University Park Det. Jenifer Johnston at 214-987-5360.
