A massive water main break is causing a lot of flooding in east Houston.
Some people were stranded on the tops of their cars. Some roads are closed. Many people are without water.
This includes areas like Montrose, Midtown, the Memorial park area, The Museum District, The Heights, and Timbergrove and the Memorial Park area.
Some fire departments are experiencing low water pressure.
