Most McDonald's are offering drive-thru service only thanks to the coronavirus.
To achieve quicker service, the fast-food giant took a few items off the menu, and some of them may be gone forever.
One of the main things that's gone will be the salads, grilled chicken sandwiches, and chicken tenders. You won't be seeing those on the menu anytime soon.
And for those who love all day breakfast, that's over too. McMuffins and McGriddles will remain available for breakfast, and burgers and McNuggets will remain on the menu for the rest of the day.
What is coming back? The Bacon McDouble, hot tea, two Quarter Pounder options and three desserts are back including the classic vanilla cone.
"To simplify operations in our kitchens and for our crew, and ensure the best possible experience for our customers, we are working with our franchisees and local restaurants to focus on serving our most popular choices and will begin temporarily removing some items from the menu over the next few weeks," Bill Garrett, McDonald's senior vice president of operations, said in a statement to Business Insider.
