September 10, 2020 The trailer rolled on its side and split open, strewing a flood of its cargo across the south-bound lanes.
The freeway remained closed most of the night, reopening just before 5 a.m.
The rig crashed in a driving rain but investigators are not confirming whether that had anything to do with it.
