MESQUITE (1080 KRLD) - Police in Mesquite are looking for two men who robbed the Sonic restaurant on Military Parkway Tuesday morning.
Investigators say the two men ordered some food at the restaurant just after 7:00am, but then held one of the employees at gunpoint and robbed the business. The left the scene in a dark-colored SUV with black wheels.
Police say one suspect was wearing a black hoodie with torn blue jeans and blue shoes. The other was also wearing a black hoodie, torn black jeans and black and gray shoes.
They believe both suspects were between 19 and 25 years old.
Police are asking anyone who recognizes the suspects to call the CrimeStoppers Hotline at 214-373-TIPS. There's a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest and indictment in the case.
