As New COVID-19 Cases Reported, Texas Still Working To Fix Coding Errors

Texas is still working to fix coding errors in the system it uses to report new coronavirus cases.

In Dallas County, 237 new coronavirus cases were reported yesterday along with 10 additional deaths. 550 backlogged cases from June and July were also reported.

Today we have 237 new #COVID19 positive cases to be reported of people who were tested in August. The State also gave us 550 cases of people whose tests were lost from July and June.

In Tarrant County 229 new cases and 3 deaths were confirmed, 231 backlogged cases were also reported.

Denton County reported 157 new cases and 8 deaths.

213 new cases were reported in Collin County and 2 deaths.
