They spend each day in the background, supporting the work of the doctors, nurses and health care workers who are on the front lines of the fight against COVID-19.
They are the workers in Environmental Services. Housekeepers, custodians and others. It's their job to maintain a safe environment for patients, families, visitors and care teams.
Children's Medical Center Foundation Board Member Ashley Arnold decided it was time to do something to thank them. Arnold hopes to rally the community to join the effort. To get more information on how to help through the new Children's Health Response Fund, visit give.childrens.com or email covidresponse@childrens.com.
