CARROLLTON (1080 KRLD) - More than 60 police officers showed up at a high school volleyball game on Tuesday night.It was "Senior Night" at R.L. Turner High in Carrollton and those officers were there for one person, Victoria Smith. Her dad, Dallas Police Sergeant Michael Smith, was one of five officers shot and killed during an ambush in 2016.While Victoria was in the locker room preparing for the game, dozens of officers filed onto the court to surprise her as she was escorted out for the ceremony.The Lady Lions went on to win the game against Newman Smith.Victoria plans to continue her volleyball career at Austin College in Sherman.
