DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - The names of the suspect and victim have been released following a deadly accident in Dallas involving an elderly woman out on a stroll.
Police say it was 72-year-old Nancy Dennington who was walking on the sidewalk on Avondale near Turtle Creek when she was struck and killed by the driver of an Audi 6. Records show that Dennington lived only a short distance away and witnesses say she was wearing workout clothes at the time she was hit.

December 18, 2019 Police have identified the driver as 30-year-old Ryan Crews and have charged him with intoxication manslaughter. Court records show that Crews had been arrested for a DWI back in 2014.
Witnesses say Crews did nothing to help at the time of the accident.
