DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - About 20 people in Dallas are still talking about yesterday's behind-closed-doors meeting with Democratic candidate Pete Buttigieg who is trying to nail down support ahead of the Texas Democratic Primary less than two months away.
The get-together at Paul Quinn College was invitation-only. Among those invited were Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins, Dallas school trustee Miguel Solis and several Dallas city council members.
With 266 delegates at stake, Texas is expected to play a key role in the race to choose a Democratic nominee for the Presidential race.
