A Plano fire truck has been damaged while working to clear an accident.
It happened just after 2:00 AM Sunday on Northbound US-75/Central Expressway near Spring Creek Parkway.
Plano's Ladder Truck 1 was blocking lanes of traffic while crews waited on a wrecker to clear the accident, when another vehicle crashed into the ladder truck.
One firefighter suffered minor injuries and was transported to Medical City Plano for evaluation and treatment.
The driver of the car that hit the ladder truck was more seriously hurt, and was also taken to the hospital.
Plano Fire Rescue has not yet said just how serious the damage is to Ladder Truck 1, nor how much repairs will cost.
