There's a big increase in the reward for information about the suspect in a terrible murder in Dallas this week.

28-year-old Jose Montes was shot and killed in Dallas on Monday. Montes was a security guard and was shot while servicing an ATM on Cockrell Hill Road.

Montes leaves behind a fiancee and a five-month-old son.

Investigators say the person who shot Montes was wearing a jacket with the word "police" on the back and left the scene in a white Volkswagen Passat.

Crime Stoppers originally offered a $5,000 reward.

Dallas Police now say there's a $25,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and indictment of a suspect in the case.

A Gofundme page was created for Montes' fiance and son.
