RICHARDSON (1080 KRLD) - Richardson Police have arrested the suspect in a murder that happened last week at an apartment complex on Frances Way.
Police say 22-year-old Deontay Coston of Oklahoma had gone to the apartment complex with his sister to pick up the woman's child from the child's father.
An argument broke out and escalated into gunfire. Coston was hit and later died from his injuries.
Police on Monday arrested 21-year-old Howard Lamone Handy, Jr. from Mesquite.
Handy is being held on the Dallas County Jail on a charge of murder.
