RICHLAND HILLS (1080 KRLD) - Police in Richland Hills are searching for any home security camera footage that may help their investigation into a string of car burglaries over the weekend.
Two suspects are already in custody.
Police say the break-ins occurred between 10 o'clock Saturday night and 8 o'clock Sunday morning. There were multiple vehicle burglaries and one stolen vehicle.
A homeowner's security camera captured images of one of the suspects during that period. Police are still searching for the coat that suspect was wearing along with a backpack he was carrying.
Police are asking anyone who finds the coat or backpack to contact investigators. They're also looking for any home security video that could show the suspects' movements through the neighborhood. They're asking people to check their footage from Saturday, November 2nd at 10:00pm to Sunday, November 3rd at 8:00am. People who notice suspicious activity during that time can contact Detective Schmid.
