Too many times, she explains, young people do not know the different levels of resistance. "We want them to know what they should be doing and when to recognize when a cop has gone too far and when they actually have a complaint."
Fort Worth Police Chief Ed Kraus and a local attorney will also be part of the interactive discussion as well. Young believes this is a discussion every family needs to have with their teens.
