Nearly ten weeks after she vanished from Fort Hood, Houston soldier Vanessa Guillen's family attorney is demanding the FBI take over the investigation because she believes the Army has botched it.
Guillen was last seen on post on April 22nd.
Texas Equusearch has already combed Bell County with a helicopter, ATV's and ground crews - and they'll continue searching this week.
Army investigators have said they believe her disappearance is the result of a crime but they have no idea where she is.
