DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Eight Southwest Airlines flight attendants are suing Boeing, claiming the company "concealed design and safety defects" in the grounded fleet of 737 Max jets.
Two of the eight Southwest attends involved din the lawsuit are from Texas, according to reports.
The Boeing 737 Max jets have been grounded for more than a year following two fatal crashes.
The flight attendants are hoping to have the lawsuit certified as a class-action effort.
