FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - Tarrant County Public Health on Monday reported an additional 72 cases of coronavirus in the county, for a total of 2019 positive cases.
Tarrant County officlas say at least 289 people have recovered from the virus and there haa been a total of 53 deaths in the county.
Tarrant County has reported at least 110 coronavirus cases each of the last four days, and has been outpacing Dallas County in the recent daily COVID-19 counts.
With Texas Governor Greg Abbott expected to release details Monday afternoon on the next phase of his plan to reopen Texas, Tarrant County Judge Glen Whitley joined the KRLD Morning News to talk about what he would like to hear from the governor.
