TYLER (1080 KRLD) - An east Texas teenager seems to be improving after being near death with a lung illness connected to her vaping habit.
17-year-old Whitney Livingston is being treated at Children's Medical Center in Dallas.
On their Go-Fund-Me page, the family says Whitney has been removed from the ventilator although she still requires oxygen.
