DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Testimony continues today in a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the family of a man killed by a Dallas police officer seven years ago.
The shooting death of James Harper ignited unrest in a South Dallas neighborhood.
A Dallas County grand jury declined to indict officer Brian Rowden but Harper's mother filed a federal civil lawsuit.
Testimony is expected to continue into next week.
