You could own a private Texas island, for the right price.
Traylor Island is in Aransas Bay in Rockport, Texas. Real Estate agent Janae Evans with Evtex says it's listed at around $25 million.
Evans says, "The island itself is a little over 292 acres."
It's described as being highly revered by anglers, hunters and tourists.
It borders Aransas Bay to the east and the Instracoastal Waterway to the north and west.
Evans says, "I've seen blue herons, some white winged doves, seagulls and there might be an alligator or two."
