Mardi Gras Texas Style! 2020
It's the 19th year of Mardi Gras Texas Style music festival. It's 20 Texas Country Music acts on five stages, including Josh Abbott Band, Aaron Watson, Flatland Cavalry, Shane Smith & The Saints, and more. In addition to the music, it's a Mardi Gras celebration with all the food, fun, and beads you can stand.

Indigo Girls in Concert with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra
The folk-rock group is the only duo with top 40 titles on the Billboard 200 every decade since the 1980s. Amy Ray and Emily Saliers will be paired with DSO for a memorable concert experience. There are three chances to catch Indigo Girls.

Mardi Gras Mad Dash in North Dallas
Celebrate Mardi Gras by running the Santa Fe Trail in a 5K, 10K, or 1 Mile run/walk. Finishers get a medal and a t-shirt. There's a costume contest, gold, purple, and green beads, plus King Cake! They'll also be taking donations of warm clothing for Union Gospel Mission.

Harlem Globetrotters

Smokey Robinson at Mesquite Arena
He just turned 80, and the legendary Smokey Robinson is still going strong. The Motown legend will perform at the 2020 Mesquite ISD Education Foundation Lone Star Legacy Gala & Concert. Grandstand seats are still available. There's a live auction before Smokey's performance, then the man himself goes on at 8:30 P.M. All proceeds from the event benefit Mesquite ISD teachers and students.
