A third person is now facing criminal charges in connection with a burglary at a gun store in Dallas.
Federal investigators say 18-year-old Erick Montgormery is charged with possession of stolen firearms and other federal crimes.
Two other men had already been arrested for the break-in at the DFW Gun Range on Mockingbird in Dallas.
It happened early on May 31st, and prosecutors believe the men deliberately took advantage of some of the chaos in the city during protests to break in and steal dozens of guns.
Investigators got a tip after the crime which led them to the other two suspects, 18-year-old Demonte Kelly, and 19-year-old Lejael Rudley.
