DALLAS (KRLD) - The coronavirus has spread to East Texas.
Health leaders say there are three confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Smith County.
George Roberts with Net Health says, "The contact tracing is not over. In two of these individuals, it's going to be wrapped up very quickly. Another one will take some time. I personally do not know the exact numbers."
He says all three people with confirmed cases are in isolation. He says one patient is in serious condition.
