DALLAS (NBC DFW) - A University of Texas Arlington student has been confirmed to have the COVID-19 infection, according to a notice from university President Vistasp Karbhari.
It was not immediately clear whether the case was one of the three coronavirus cases already reported in Tarrant County.
The university said it is working with Tarrant County health officials to identify people who may have had contact with the student.
