Scott watched from his security cameras as Tutta's and the rest of a revived West End of Downtown Dallas was rocked by bricks, stones, and other objects. By the time damage was done on Friday night, West End looked like a war zone.
Scott emphasized that he wouldn't be swayed. Tutta's will be back. It'll just make the comeback that much sweeter.
