HIDALGO (1080 KRLD) - More information sheds light on why a White Settlement man was arrested at the Texas-Mexico border over the weekend.
Patricio Luevano was captured while crossing the international bridge in Hidalgo.
Border agents thought he was the man named in a warrant for continuous sexual abuse of a child.
When they checked in his fingerprints, they had a match.
Records suggest Luevano is a permanent, legal US resident.
