HOUSTON (1080 KRLD) - Police in Houston want to know a lot more about how and why a Dallas woman died in the swimming pool at the home of former Major Leaguer Carl Crawford.
Bethany Lartigue reportedly drowned trying to save a 5-year-old boy who had fallen in the pool on Saturday.
Crawford's 15-year MLB career included stints with the Rays, the Red Sox and the Dodgers. He retired following the 2016 season.
Relatives of the victim say she was part of a group making a music video at Crawford's home. They say Lartigue and the boy were not related.
